The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Great for families, a couple, small group or in town working. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 3 TV ‘s … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach, Sanctuary Woods Park and Macatawa Bay Yacht Club.

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
