We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. This luxury apartment is unlike any other property in Mid Michigan. This space is located above Downtown Lapeer's top rated restaurant and is known for its BBQ . This apartment has a private entrance and offers high ceilings, lots of natural and recessed lighting, a full kitchen and laundry room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is nextdoor to the second bathroom and has a beautiful sky light. The third bedroom is a loft that has a queen bed and a pull out couch.

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other most times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Quaint A-frame with all wood floors and ceiling at the end of a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Screened-in porch and fire-pit/swing set overlooking the water. Play all day on the lake and take the secret trail to the park for a swim at the beach, or to unload your watercraft. (No wake between 7:00pm and 11am).
