Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Inside there is a spacious living/dining area and furnished kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee/tea station and sink with disposal. Outside there is a fully fenced backyard for everyone to enjoy, including your pup! Private entrance and parking. Bikes available by reservation.

This quaint home by the lake enjoys a large deck with a view of Inlet Bay. *NEW* EV Charger available for free during your stay. A 5–10 minute walk gets you to the water or to our local convenience store that’s stocked with essentials. If you prefer to relax and unwind, there’s plenty of hiking trails and nature walks. However, there’s a large smart TV and electric stove with a stocked kitchen. -There are cameras around the outside of the property to protect our property.

Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.
