Spacious, newly renovated apartment with private entrance is located on the hill in a small village Las Brenas far from tourists and nightlife in a very safe neighborhood, 15 min drive from golden beaches of Papagayo. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and one of the bedrooms could be used as an office. There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5-6), 1 bathroom with an option to add studio apartment bellow, with private entrance as well as bathroom. If you need to accommodate an extra person or two, there is a studio apartment bellow, with private entrance as well as bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The private entrance to the Pool Apartment is on the ground floor of the house. There are no stairs, perfect for wheelchair and strollers. It has a direct access to the pool. While the high walls around the room provide total privacy, they do not obstruct stunning views of the Atlantic ocean as well as Timanfaya Volcano. The house has been recently renovated, furnished with the designer furniture, equipped with satellite TV, projection screen and projector, 2 bluetooth speakers, 2 bicycles, 10m long saltwater pool, baby chair as well as crib, steady and fast WiFi.
