The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

Affascinante e storica location immersa nel verde, situata a soli 5 minuti da Tivoli e 35 minuti da Roma. Ingresso indipendente e parcheggio auto riservato. Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno.
