Ce logement indépendant, entièrement rénové début 2019, se situe dans le grand jardin arboré des propriétaires (couple charmant). Nous résidons dans le parc Santa Lucia, domaine résidentiel de St Raphael. Notre villa et cette petite maison sont dans un grand jardin, calme, à 2 pas de la mer (3 minutes à pied).
