Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

Echo Ridge Farm Cottage

Equine and outdoor enthusiasts! Enjoy time on our beautiful farm. Beautiful trails to walk and fields of horses to view (along with a couple of goats)! Chickens (enjoy our farm fresh eggs), cats, and 2 Golden Retrievers complete the resident list. Our rustic cottage comfortably sleeps two.
