Gezellig, stijlvol ingericht appartement met kleine sfeervolle tuin; aan een sloot. Park en aangrenzend bos met kinderboerderij, waar je een lekker kopje koffie kunt nemen. Winkelcentrum met veel winkels en afhaal-mogelijkheden. Leiden centrum is ongeveer 20 minuten op loopafstand. Noordwijk strand 40 min. fietsen. In het gebouw bevind zich een kleine sauna/solarium. Er is ook een e-bike te leen in de zomer maanden. Verhuur van fietsen bij het station Leiden. Natuur- en recreatiemogelijkheden.

Historisch pand met connecties die lopen van Picasso tot de eerste open hart operatie door dr. Bernhard. Het betreft een koetshuis, nog met originele vloer. Later is het pand gebruikt om oldtimers in op te slaan. In de ochtend wordt ontbijt geserveerd. Velen vinden het heerlijk en gezond, maar er is geen keuze zoals in een hotel.

Gorgeous family house (340 m2) with a living and a dining room, a fire place, a luxury kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A beautiful garden, with two sunny teracces at the waterfront, nice fruit trees and a (Weber) BBQ and fire place. It is a good fishing place as well. Five minutes walk of Station Voorschoten. Beach is 15 minutes by car or cycle and Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden and The Hague will be reached within half an hour. Lovely!
