Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Grainau ist da, wo Deutschland am schönsten ist, direkt an der Zugspitze und neben dem Eibsee. Und dieses Haus ist dort, wo Grainau am schönsten ist. Umgeben von historischen Bauernhöfen direkt am Dorfplatz, mit großartigem Blick auf die Berge und allem was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinere unserer beiden Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

So nah an der Stadt und doch mitten in der Natur! 2 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung (Wohnküche mit ausziehbarem Tagesbett, Schlafzimmer mit Wasserbett), natürlich mit Badezimmer, WC und eigenem Eingang. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Zirl. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es viele Wander- sowie Skigebiete. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Bushaltestelle sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.

Gemütliches Blockhaus in den bayerischen Alpen.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!

Die 2012 erbaute Residenz Berghof befindet sich wunderschön gelegen in der Olympia Region Seefeld mit Blick auf das Dorf Mösern und die größte freihängende Glocke Tirols - die Friedensglocke, die jeden Tag um 17 Uhr als Zeichen des Friedens läutet. Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung für zwei Personen im Zentrum von Seefeld, nur drei Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof und der Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung, bestehend aus Vorraum, Badezimmer und Wohnraum (Küche, Essecke, Sofa, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher), wurde 2018 komplett neu renoviert. ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.

Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Der Ort Telfs mit Kletterzentrum, Ganzjahres-Eishalle, Hallen- und Freischwimmbad sowie Sauna ist nur ca. 4 km entfernt. Die nächsten Skigebiete und die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck erreichen Sie in ca. 20 Autominuten.
