Built in 2021 for guests, friends & family, this cozy cottage has all the amenities one appreciates, when living in the deep north country. After a day of outdoor recreation or local touring, kindle a wood fire in the wood stove, settle in with a good book or chill with a bottle of wine.

This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

Downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. 20 minutes from Mad River Glen Ski Resort and 25-30 minutes from Mt. Ellen & Sugarbush Resort. 30 minutes from Middlebury. AWD or 4WD highly recommended.

Close to skiing, hiking, lake & river swimming, great restaurants... local beer, wine, cheese!. Want yoga, pasta class, or massage? We will gladly hook you up. Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.
