Μικρή πέτρινη μεζονέτα στο παραδοσιακό και διατηρητέο Βυζαντινό χωριό 'Λιθίνες'. Βρίσκεται μόλις 8χλμ από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες της νότιας Κρήτης και 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο της Σητείας. Στα 276 μέτρα υψόμετρο, το ιδιαίτερα ήπιο κλίμα του χωριού προσφέρει γρήγορη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό, δροσερό, ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και τέσσερα άτομα. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν δύο μίνι μάρκετ και δύο παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες.

Η πανοραμική θέα είναι ιδανική για στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.Περιβάλλεται από έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με κρητικά βότανα,πέτρινο καθιστικό και BBQ ο .Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από την πόλη και τις καταγάλανες παραλίες του Αγίου Νικολάου.στα 500 μ περίπου από το "milos" .

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here. A complete apartment in the charm and calm of one of the oldest villages of Crete welcomes you with simplicity and authenticity. QS Bed made on arrival, towels and hairdryer and change of sheets beyond the week will allow you to "travel light". The owner also offers free laundry in the washing machine of the main house. A recently renovated house offering great sea and mountain views from its large terrace. It has two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. It is also possible to rent the ground floor apartment with an additional double bed.
