Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
