There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM
