The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah.  The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland.  Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area. We have a gas bbq. The kitchen is huge and has everything a kitchen needs. The unit has a washing machine. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a big dining table and a big tv lounge. The bedroom space is big with a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit.
