Only a 5 mins drive south of the city of Monemvasia, while Neapolis and Elafonisos island (Simos beach) are nearby. There are some real good traditional restaurants (tavernas) at a walking distance. The two-story stone house is strategically located very close to the Castle Gate and the main commercial street of the Castle. Also, it offers great views to the sea, the Citadel and the Upper City. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a 30 s.m. veranda with sea view.
