Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.
