This is studio apartment.Apartment is for 2 people. It has bathroom, kitchen and terrace with nice view. The apartment is basic but comfortable.This apartment has a washing machine. The neighborhood is peaceful. The neighbors are quite. Our house is far away from the closest rocky beach 3 minutes walking. Also the centre is far away from our house 10-15 minutes walking and with car is 2 minutes. Centre has all what you need : Shops, coffe places, restauraunts, pizza places, etc. Lumbarda has two beautiful sand beaches. To get to that beaches you will drive 2 minutes with car. If you rent my apartment I can guarantee you will have relaxing hollidays.
