Enjoy our outdoor space complete with BBQs, darts, corn-hole, ping pong, shuffle board and a large fire pit. Last but not least, don't forget to soak up the stars!

You will love the master suite that includes a private bathroom with over-sized soaking tub. The kitchen is lovely, large, and well equipped. We understand that you come to Flaming Gorge to play. That's why we made sure to provide ample parking for vehicles, boats, and other toys. There is a blink doorbell to help protect the toys.

Covered deck with table and chairs, BBQ. Long driveway, fully fenced yard with grass surrounded by lots of pine trees with fire pit/log benches. We are pet and smoking friendly (outside). Lucerne, and Sheep Creek boat ramps are both less than 15 minutes from the house. There are two Flaming Gorge Recreation area parking passes in the home.
