The space is a modern, newly built, above-garage studio apartment with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, dining area, patio, entertainment center, queen sized bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. It is full of amenities such as dedicated wifi gateway, access to live TV/streaming services, Leesa mattress, premium coffee, and much more! “Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
