Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Villa Poderina è un tipico casolare in pietra rosa arredato in un bellissimo stile country chic, dolcemente adagiato nella riva del fiume Candigliano situato nell’ entroterra marchigiano con una meravigliosa vista panoramica. Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.
