While we live on the 1st level, we give you complete privacy—though we love meeting new people and saying a quick hello if we cross paths! ​Feel free to hang out and enjoy the shared patio, grills, and firepit area. Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

These cabins are brand new , 1 bedroom queen bed , with fold out futon in living room for extra guests. you can relax in the cabin or sit out on the porch and enjoy peace and quiet while watching wildlife walk by. There is a small kitchen with coffee pot ,microwave, and sink, and a fridge for your beverages and food . There is plenty of free parking for your truck and boat .
