Southdown Villa

Welcome to our Villa in the vines just 5 minutes drive from Martinborough. We recently completed development of the Villa capturing spectacular views in all directions and creating a stylish space that provides rest, relaxation, and wonderful alfresco dining. The Villa is comprised of two parts - a three bedroom main house, and a separate two bedroom cottage. While we live in the Cottage, we make available to guests our three bedroom House, along with access to all exterior Villa amenities.

Wanting a relaxing break away? Look no further than this rural retreat. Situated only 10 mins from Martinborough Square you will find a modern 4 bedroom house with expansive rural views. Have fun swimming in the large outdoor pool (Summer only) or relax in the comfortable outdoor furniture. Enjoy al fresco dining and savour a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunsets. Delight in gazing at the magnificent night sky from the large spa pool. Plenty to see and do with local wineries nearby.

Greytown Yurts - Luxurious Glamping Experience

Greytown yurts is luxury accommodation with all the fun and appeal of glamping but with total comfort. There is a ducted heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round. The interior offers a luxurious and calming environment, with beautiful views across our garden. It has a very comfortable king size bed (183 * 203 cm), with superior linen, bedding, towels and robes. A one off cleaning fee and 20% service charge will be added to the price. The Good End of the Shed.

A world away from the world -Just 5 mins from Greytown. Situated on a small organic farm in a beautiful garden. Super comfy bed, stylish, mid century decor. Wake up to birdsong, star-gaze from the outside bath while listening to the call of the ruru. Loll by the pool or borrow the bikes to go exploring. Free breakfast of good coffee, homemade muesli & fruit, artisan bread and spreads. Free-range eggs & bacon available for you to cook for $20 pp. Drive on parking, heat pump, wifi & tv.

Clayfields

When time comes for you to relax in style, then come visit Clayfields for a while. On your journey down our country road, allow yourself to be well slowed. This change of pace is where you'll stay, let the world elsewhere dissolve away. See native bush just full with life, to sweeping lawns and groves, and our ever changing views of the hills, rain, shine or snow. You'll truly experience a real treat, in our converted board and batten barn. Do come feel the Clayfields charm.

Honeybee Villa is the quintessential Martinborough holiday home. Set in a lovely private section, her 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 2 x Queen) will provide you with the perfect base for your Wairarapa Escape. Easy walking distance to the village to cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique stores. With a full kitchen, 2 newly renovated bathrooms ( master ensuite), laundry and ample alfresco entertaining you can stay a weekend or a week with all the comforts of home.

Featuring four queen beds and ample room in the lounge and dining areas to chill out and socialise with friends. Our place is modern and well equipped with everything you might need to dine in, entertain or simply relax. Booking with us gives you access to shared facilities including, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court.

Cosy Cabin ~outdoor bath~stars~donkeys

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our 3 acre lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor dining area with a BBQ. Relax in the ~outdoor bath~ under the stars in front of the wee fire (kindling & wood supplied). We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly.

Fresh oasis near the heart of Masterton

This spacious self-contained apartment is central for Masterton and the Wairarapa region. Town is 800m away & within 20-45mins you can be at Mt Bruce, Castlepoint, Riversdale, or Greytown & Martinborough for vineyards & boutique shopping. Ideal for a couple; with the addition of a king single sofa-bed in the lounge. The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom. Convenient carparking is right on the street, with the option for off-street parking by request.

Cottage @ The Groves

A little bit rustic - a little bit cute - a little bit romantic. Our Cottage is just a 4 minute drive from the heart of Martinborough and is set amongst our Olive Grove. Soak in the outdoor bathtub and enjoy the stunning night sky. Or enjoy a BBQ and relax by the outdoor fire on your private patio. Better yet, grab the picnic blanket and find a nice spot and have a drink under the olive trees. Come and spoil yourself!

The Hut

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down. The outdoor bath is the icing on the cake to allow you to take in the views while relaxing in the tub
