This quaint guest house is decorated in fifties farmhouse decor and a great place to relax, rejuvenate and reminisce. Small animals are welcome, and there are walking trails and Silver River access on the property. The house is located only a few minutes from the Wabash Trace trail and is biking friendly!

Malvern Depot

A railroad depot renovated into a bunkhouse located midway on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. It includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 150 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.

Quiet location. Fully furnished. Absolutely no use of any kind of smoking or chewing material is allowed in the apartment or outside the door. And 27 steps to get up to the apartment.
