Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

Studio Living In The Iconic Wilma Building

Stay in the heart of downtown Missoula, Montana in a plush, remodeled studio located on the seventh floor of the iconic and historic 100 year old Wilma Building. Forget bland hotel rooms and come vacation in a charming space that is oozing with character. Views of the Clarkfork river, the new Caras Park, Missoula valley and surrounding mountains. The studio includes a custom king sized murphy bed. Stay in to eat-in the fully loaded kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless appliances.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.
