True peaceful desert tranquility next to hike-able mountains with 100-mile majestic views and stunning starry nights from our grass-carpeted 2nd story viewing deck. 25 miles to Alamo Lake, the quiet more private side, for swimming, tubing and boating. Lots of fish too. Rock hounds love this area. Totally off-grid, on solar, propane and refreshing drinking water from our well.

Easy One-Night Stop Off I-40 in Kingman

Off I-40, with off-street parking at the door and keypad entry at any hour, so a short stop stays simple. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet if the stay runs longer. Private fenced backyard and a private entrance rather than a shared corridor. Coffee, groceries and restaurants are a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The other half of the duplex is also ours.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near shopping, dining, and hiking in the mountains. The mountains are a 20 mins drive. Home is located centrally to chain stores and 10 mins from historic downtown. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with newer homes. Bike trail is close by. Home was built new about 2 years ago.
