Our NEWLY REMODELED (2021) spacious loft apartment is nestled above the garden, One block from the beach and close to UCSB. Created is a restful, quiet space for you to unwind inside and out. We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Lounge in the GARDEN, run the MORE MESA trail in the morning and walk the BEACH at sunset. Butterflies, honey bees, birds and kitty Beau are waiting to greet you!

Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Beautiful mountain views, centrally located, easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Within a 10 minute drive to downtown, hiking, mountain biking trails, and beaches. Located at the end of a quiet, family friendly street. Two night minimum. Welcome to our home!

Attached studio dedicated to guests only. Studio features: Private entrance, private parking, private bathroom , small fridge, coffee machine , tea pot, toaster and microwave. We are close to the beach, Cottage hospital, UCSB, Zodos Bowling, and many other local sites and restaurants. Our goal is to create the perfect environment for solo travelers, families and couples, etc.

Super clean duplex

One bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You can sleep two in the queen bed and there is an additional fold out queen sofa bed in the living room. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.
