Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

Red Hill Boat - luxury 1942 wartime boat on land!

A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. Red Hill Boat features a number of character-filled small rooms with restored original fittings and modern amenities, offering surprises in every room. A local-produce based breakfast hamper is provided. There is no other B&B in the world like the Red Hill Boat.

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
