Tucked away in the historic Bluffton neighborhood, our home is a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Opposite direction, you will be on the bank of Muskegon Lake where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in for a cruise. If you have a boat, there is a public launch less than a mile away as well as a public bike trail along Muskegon Lake that leads to downtown. Finally, Third Coast Cottage is a 30 min drive to Michigan Adventure and the Winter Sports Complex.

A secluded public Lake Michigan beach access is 1/4 mile walk from the home with Duck Lake, White Lake & Muskegon Lake minutes away. Outdoor adventure awaits with hiking, fishing & disc golf; the Winter Sports Complex has zip lining, luging & skiing just 3 miles away. A short drive to Michigan’s Adventure amusement/water park, golf, & downtown events make this the perfect vacation spot! After an adventurous day relax around the firepit, wraparound porch or walk to the tavern & watch the sunset.

This calming Bungalow faces Muskegon Lake to enjoy amazing sunrises. It has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with shared access to a full bathroom. There is a half bath on main floor. Slider off kitchen opens to a large fenced in backyard, deck, grill, table, chairs plus a fire table. Shed has games, bikes, 2 kayaks. Pere Marquette beach is an 8 minute stroll away. After spending a day playing, walk the beach to grab lunch or dinner at The Deck and be entertained with Live music, great food & drinks.

Our Lake Michigan cottage is a relaxing space about 30 yards from Grand Haven State Park. Walk to the beach with no hill to climb at the end of a long beach day. Lake Michigan can be seen from several bedrooms, while relaxing on the couch and from the front of the home. The main floor is an open concept area including a kitchen, dining area, living area, card table and a full bathroom. The second floor of our cottage boasts four bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and a small seating area.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
