Welcome to Ronnie's town house. An ideal base to explore the amazing city of Rotorua and the wonderful attractions the city has to offer. Suitable for couples or groups of up to six people. Located close to the city center, within the quiet and friendly Glenholme area. Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $35/night. No refunds past the non cancellation period.

Sleeps up to 12 - ideal for two or more families or groups wanting to share a holiday experience and costs. An additional apartment above the garage is also available for an additional $150 per night for larger groups. This has an extra shower, toilet, kitchenette, king bedroom and single bedroom and internal access to the rest of the house.

The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking. There is walking access to the popular trout fishing 'Waiteti Stream', so pack your favourite fishing gear during the local trout fishing season.

House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.
