During Iditarod the house has hosted basketball teams with 12 people.

Anvil Mountain and Dredge #5 are the backdrop, and musk ox herds often rest in the tundra behind the house. The room is private with a shared bathroom. Amenities in the room include a recliner, Keurig, and mini fridge stocked with breakfast items.
