The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The annexe is adjacent to the main house and a perfect country getaway suitable for a quiet holiday, visiting local Sussex attractions, or a handy base for visiting friends or family. The house itself is late Victorian, with generously proportioned rooms and high ceilings. There are 2 interconnecting bedrooms with a shared shower room. Both bedrooms have double beds. Breakfast isn't provided but there is a kitchen for self catering. The living area has a woodburning stove. NB there is no tv!

Own car is recommended, by car 25 minutes from Gatwick , 30 to Brighton, 10 mins to Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. 5 mins to Princess Royal Hospital/Hospice. Country walks to local pubs. No children or babies please. Morrisons 5 minutes walk away has everything you need + ‘Cook’ frozen meals.

Wilderness Wagon - Gypsy Wagon in Sussex

Wilderness Wagon is a bow top gypsy wagon which is located in Lindfield Rural. The wagon is located in the bottom corner of our acre garden. Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Enjoy a stay in the heart of the South Downs surrounded by nature. Whether you want a break away from the rush of everyday life, or a peaceful place to work from. Our cosy container is a beautiful sun trap, attached to our family racing yard. You’re in the perfect location for business or pleasure. footpaths a short walk away. The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

Winter retreat - sauna, cold plunge pond & hot tub

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Formerly a game keepers lodge for the house on the Sheffield Park Estate (now a National Trust Garden), the lodge has been lovingly restored. Sitting in 14 acres of meadow and woodland, the lodge shares the driveway to our home while providing privacy. You will be perfectly located to explore the beauty, the heritage and excitement that East Sussex has to offer.
