Rock Roulade Cocoon

Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

Owned by a mother and son duo since 1989, the Inn has undergone a renovation that has brought it into the modern era. We offer great accommodations for family and friends coming into town because we offer more space than your typical hotel room. All four suites, ranging between 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, accommodate up to six guests and feature three bedrooms with California King beds, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, a full-size gourmet kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Furnishings reflect our wine country location – modern sophistication accented with rustic details.

Trillium Cafe & Inn, Room #1

Room 1 has an ocean view from all windows, the bathroom is across the hall. Be sure to make dinner reservations before you arrive, as during our busy season and weekends we do book up for dinner each night. We DO NOT accept small children, as the space is not safe for little kids. The windows don't have screens, and the stairs are steep. We are also not handicapped accessible in our rooms, as they are upstairs. The restaurant is.

Queen Street Suite, Dog+, Reserved Parking

This is a street facing room with one queen bed, a sofa; and a full kitchen. We are a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. You’ll love this motel because of the walk-able neighborhood, the roomy kitchen, cozy European feel and the free off-street parking. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.

Fish Board Studio includes King Bed w/ Kitchenette

Our Fish Board Studio is a charming private space in our courtyard with our signature dutch door, small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults on a King Bed and one (1) adult or two (2) children on a twin sized futon. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays, and gives you a tranquil space to unwind and relax. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this space feel bright and airy.

Deluxe Studio Cabin

The Deluxe Studio Cabin is a spacious studio with a queen bed and a two-person shower. There is a couch and chair in sitting area with gas fireplace. The wet bar has a small refrigerator, sink, dishes and flatware. Dining table with chairs. The front porch has a table, chairs, and umbrella. TV-Free Zone. No a/c ceiling fan. Cabin is approximately 320 sq. ft. The Highlands is an adult-only property.

Welcome home to your Mendocino coast hideaway, where the rooms reflect the grandeur of both the Weller House location and its history.
