During the winter, our outdoor hot tub is a perfect way to enjoy the season while staying warm and comfortable. With the frozen lake, it's the perfect time to go ice skating, ice fishing, and enjoy over 90 miles of snowmobiling trails around us. During summer, you can paddle on the lake, kayak and jet ski. In the fall, you can watch the leaves change colors. Come enjoy!

Also down the street from the best little sandwhich/pizza/convenient store on the west side of the lake! The Long Beach neighborhood is one of the most convenient stays on Sebago Lake, and the home is just a 3 minute walk to our sandy beach!
