Relax in this unique space hosted by Saaiman Stays in the picturesque village of Omodos. This renovated property offers top tier design and a very comfortable stay. With high end finishes & furniture in thoughtfully designed layouts, enjoy your time snuggled indoors or on the beautiful patio. We have 2 units that share the gated patio (with separating wooden screens). They can be booked together or individually. Each unit has 1 large bedroom, an open plan kitchen diner and lounge & a bathroom.

Located 5km from Peyeia center, 8km from Coral Bay and 17km from Pafos in the tiny village of Akoursos with a popullation of just 35. An ideal location to relax and enjoy nature away from the city but also 5min away from amenities and the beautiful Cyprus beaches . Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature and wake up to birds singing.

Tranquility in Troodos mountains

Absolute privacy, unspoiled nature and calming silence! Accessible only via a footpath, step deep in the forest canopy and follow the sounds of a running stream. This location ensures a unique, overwhelming experience! A home with a modest design and free from decoration clutter. Unlike most traditional mountain houses with their dark interiors and heavy building elements, here you can enjoy uninterrupted views, abundance of air and light and a true sense of connection with the outdoors!

'Ortansia' traditional cosy house

Ortansia house, a two bedroom elegantly decorated accommodation with luxury bed linen, towels and toiletries. The house also includes a fireplace, storage heaters, portable fans, air-condition (downstairs only), and a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated in the center of Omodos village, only a few steps from the unique square and the Monastery of the Holy Cross. Give yourself some time to wander its pretty streets and have breakfast or coffee at one of the ‘’kafeneios’’ (coffee shops).

Modoino Guesthouse - Split level stone home

Charming split-level stone house in Omodos with two fully independent units, each with private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Top floor features a very old decorative fireplace and a 50 m² terrace with mountain and village views. Ground floor is cozy with sofa-bed, kitchen, and dining area. Both units have stone walls, wooden beams, Wi-Fi, AC/heating, TV, linens, and toiletries. Free parking nearby. Walk to square, wineries, cafés, and historic sites.
