Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

Studio Lu.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Stunning ocean views and vibes Zala Guesthouse

ZALA is Anna Bay's modern coastal guest house with breath taking views over the ocean, tucked away in the prettiest quiet pocket of Anna Bay. Sleep soundly listening to the waves and enjoy your morning coffee watching the whales all from the comfort of your king bed. This space is the perfect peaceful escape for a couple to indulge or a family to enjoy, the lounge converts into an extra comfortable queen sofa bed for the kids. Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

COOKIES SHED - at Birubi Beach, Anna Bay

Birubi Beach is a 2 minute walk. Also five minutes walk to shops, Tavern & restaurants. Off street car space. Studio style accommodation (64 sq. m. of space), includes queen bed, Air Conditioning & ceiling fan, kitchenette - no stove, fridge, & bathroom facilities. Living area, lounge & television. Tea, coffee & milk provided. The studio is a separate building at the rear of our home with guest access day & night. Suitable for single guests as well as a couple.

HighTide- luxury apartment, almost on the beach.

HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. The main residence, where owners live, is waterfront and is on one of the most sought after stretches of sandy beach.

Cher's Place

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.

Morna Point Surf Studio

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.

The Humpback Whale Shack

Located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to several beaches, this hidden paradise has many hidden treasures. One of the best land based whale watching locations in Port Stephens within a 3 minute walk from your front door. Also within walking distance are many fishing spots and surfing beaches.
