Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat, mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, biking, and more. You will be at peace and filled with serenity staying here on Cape Cod. One bedroom in-law apartment with Queen size bed, and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurant options, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!

We are close to local amenities, great restaurants, family activities, the Cape Cod Canal, and Public Golf Courses.
