Stepping onto the property is like stepping back to the Orem, Utah of your grandparents' era with its charming architecture, mid-century finishes and decor, and beautiful yard featuring a small fruit Orchard. Backing up to the SCERA Park, SCERA Shell Outdoor Theater, and SCERA Pool, this home is close to BYU, UVU, Costco, and University Place. Large areas indoors and out to entertain and enjoy.

price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.
