Backing up to the SCERA Park, SCERA Shell Outdoor Theater, and SCERA Pool, this home is close to BYU, UVU, Costco, and University Place. Large areas indoors and out to entertain and enjoy.

We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.
