Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. We are centrally located with a 30 second drive from the 400, and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown fun.

Lounge in the cabin living room with soaring ceilings, use the game room in the basement or take advantage of the sauna. Take your pick to create the vacation of your choice. Plenty to do around the area: Bass Lake/Beach 15 min, Lake Simcoe 25 min, Horse Shoe Valley Ski Resort 5 min, Vetta Spa 5 min, Various Golf Clubs 5-15 min. Plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails around here.

We allow up to three pets total. It’s $50 per pet, we charge for 3 pets upfront. Rebates are issued accordingly.
