There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

Your Home away from home

2 miles from the waterfront concerts! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, including Acadia National Park which is about an hour drive. I allow 10 people at the house for families that want to be together, however please don't book this house if you think it's designed to sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, you will be setting the additional beds up yourself unless you ask me to set them up for you and I would be happy to!

Fully equipped with WiFi, AC, fire pit and waterfront access, perfect for kayaks (two provided). Ideal for family vacation or romantic getaway. No pets please. Located approx. 15 minutes from the University of Maine (UMO) and 90 minutes from Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor. NOTE: Fairly narrow spiral staircase.
