Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Meine Harz Suites bestehen aus 5 verschiedenen Apartments im Haus Vier Jahreszeiten - einem ehemaligen Hotel. Die Lage im Ort: Absolut zenral - zwischen Kurpark und (Erlebnis-)Bocksberg. Tourist-Info, Seilbahn, Stabkirche, Bäcker und diverse Restaurants - alles ist maximal 300m entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden, der Bus hält direkt vorm Haus. Der Ort Hahnenklee erhebt eine Kurtaxe von 3 EUR pro Person und Tag. Diese wird separat an die Ferienwohnungsbetreuung vor Ort gezahlt.

Gemütliches Appartment für zwei Personen in der kleinen Bergstadt Bad Grund.Die Wohnung ist im 2 .Stock( Fahrstuhl vorhanden),einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage.Es gibt einen Balkon mit Markise und Blick nach hinten,eine vollausgestattete Küche,gemütliche Sitzecke und ein Doppelbett.Das Bad ist mit Dusche.Vor der Anlage gibt es einen Parkplatz.Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für einen erholsamen Urlaub und von Bad Grund aus lässt sich der Harz und die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Halle. In 20 Gehminuten oder knapp 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn ist man im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß hat man es nur 5 Minuten bis zu den Parks an der Saale. Zahlreiche Museen und Galerien sind bequem zu erreichen, Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet, dabei nicht vollgestellt. Bis 5 Personen können wir beherbergen.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Apartment eignet sich für 4 Personen in verschiedenen Konstellationen. Gebucht wurde es für einen Familienurlaub, ein Wochenende unter Freunden oder von Erwachsenen, deren Eltern hier im Ort aufgewachsen sind und denen sie nochmal eine kleine Zeitreise schenken wollten.
