Wide porches face the river, and rocking chairs and a bed swing welcome you outside .If you are a nature lover, come and renew your soul in solitude and beauty. The cabin is one steep mile back from Muddy Pond Road, where you can access the local Mennonite community and enjoy unique stores and leather shops. Welcome!

This super cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rebuilt 1800's two-story cabin is conveniently located two blocks from a picturesque downtown square, making it easy to plan activities during your visit. The property includes a front porch and back deck. Dale Hollow Lake and Standing Stone State Park are around 20-25 minutes from the property along with multiple other outside activity areas. The yard also includes a grassy parking area for boats, and a flowing water feature during the warmer season.

Shopping, restaurants and wineries in Cookeville too! You’ll love our tiny house in the trees and discovering amazing fun in the area.

It is less than 3 miles from downtown Cookeville including the historic West Side District, Tennessee Tech, and Cookeville Regional Hospital. The apartment is completely custom and unique in every aspect. You will have 24/7 access to the host who will go above and beyond for any need you have while still giving you complete privacy. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.
