The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. Horsehead Lake Lodge Waterfall Cabins are situated along the spillway at Horsehead Lake on Horsehead Creek. This is one of the highest volume waterfalls in all of Northwest Arkansas! It is absolutely breathtaking at times and especially after heavy rains. The cabins are as close to the edge as you can get! The coolest thing, you not only get the waterfall, but the lake is within a few hundred feet from the waterfall cabins. It's the best of both worlds!

On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
