A private room with personal bathroom is composed of a double bed with a memory foam mattress and memory foam cushions, a personal safe with a spacious hanging rack for clothes, high speed wifi, Air conditioning for fresh air in the summer and hot air in the winter, the tv available in the room is a smart tv allowing guests to watch Netflix in there native language. The bathroom with a spacious shower and all amenities. The apartment is located at a stone throw from the Spanish steps.

Ben collegato ai principali siti di interesse artistico e storico con numerosi mezzi di trasporto pubblico di superficie. La sistemazione consente di trovarsi vicini al centro storico ma lontani da folla e rumori. Il quartiere, oltre a contare cinque importanti musei, offre molte occasioni per apprezzare la cucina locale.

Quiet and very well connected by bus and metro front door, a few minutes walk from the Basilica of St. John , the trendy district of Pigneto, and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Awesome Pizzeria front door and many other bistrot. Our offer refers to overnight accommodation only; the breakfast service was suspended after the pandemic period.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.
