Near ( only 400 meters )u can find fish market, lidl, bakery etc. Center of Neos Marmaras only 10 minutes walk. On the beach allot of bars taverns and live music concerts. Incredible sea !

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
