Island View Studio is a free standing Balinese influenced studio of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a 40 sq metre deck with BBQ and outddoor furniture , views to Phillip Island and overlooking the private in ground pool. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY . A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. Red Hill Boat features a number of character-filled small rooms with restored original fittings and modern amenities, offering surprises in every room. A local-produce based breakfast hamper is provided. There is no other B&B in the world like the Red Hill Boat.

The Bunga

"The Bunga", short for bungalow is a two story dwelling built from local stone and inspired by the stone houses of France. Located in the small coastal town of Shoreham, adjacent to a park, it is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Guests have access to one bedroom with ensuite and have the entire building to themselves.

Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
