The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

This solar powered semi detached house with a water tank is close to Main road in Melville, 27 Boxes and 7th street. The decor is playful and relaxed. Outside, a small garden and patio is perfect to relax in and enjoy an alfresco breakfast or afternoon drinks. This house is the right size for solo travelers, can comfortably accommodate small families or a group of friends and at the same time be a cozy spot for singles or couples.
