Το Aeraki, ανεξάρτητη κατοικία στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου, προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην κοινή πισίνα 54 τ.μ. (μοιράζεται με το Aerides), με ρηχό τμήμα/τζακούζι για χαλάρωση.
