Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Less than a mile to campus. I worked for the athletic department for 26 years. I can answer many of your questions. I am the author of "Clemson Through The Eyes of The Tiger." A book about all the former mascots. Located at the end of Perimeter Road, you will have easy access to Death Valley, all the athletic facilities, campus, and downtown Clemson. The dining room table was made from the Littlejohn Coliseum floor the year after the Tigers won the ACC Regular Season in 1990.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
