Harstine Place is a family home where five generations have grown and gathered. It was designed by our mother to maximize waterfront views. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins & queen sofa bed. Enjoy hiking trails, a clubhouse, and ball courts. Shared pool & spa open in summer. Beach shelters have fire pits & off-leash pet areas. Utilities, internet, smart TV, starter kits for bathroom, kitchen & laundry are included. It has in-unit washer & dryer, with free parking, gym & pool. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. No smoking & no pets allowed in the unit.
