Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort on Nevis. Our spacious beachfront villa with central air has a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea and the soothing sound of gentle waves. The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. NOTE: A new villa is under construction next door. The Caribbean view is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.

Enjoy the hospitality of beautiful St. Kitts at Seabreeze Studio Cottage. Seabreeze is a quiet self-contained air-conditioned studio apartment for two with everything you need for a lovely holiday. A 5-minute drive to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, restaurants, golf, night-life, and more, the cottage offers indoor and outdoor dining, a kitchen, flat screen TV, wifi, washer, dryer, and lovely Caribbean breezes. We provide towels (bath and beach), pots and pans, and bed linen.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, dishware, silverware and glassware. Bed linen and towels provided. Tropical gardens with seasonal fruit you can enjoy when available. Close to heritage trails rich in history, the studio is ideal as a base for exploring the island. A rental car can be arranged. No smoking in the cottage.

Situated overlooking the quiet Turtle Beach on the renowned South East Peninsula is a very peaceful & private cottage on the hillside with stunning ocean views! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the pelicans dive for their breakfast. Keep an eye out for sea turtles on the amazing reef just below the cottage. Hummingbirds buzz around you in the gardens. Have a sunset drink and be amazed at the outstanding view of Nevis! Guests have the use of a private beach front lounge.

Unique Villa

Unique Villa is in an area with easy access to public transportation with car and bike rental offices nearby. The property is fenced to enhance security and is located within walking distance of the beach. Tranquil walks are encouraged during which times guests can experience the beautiful natural scenery, which will enhance their vacation in Nevis. To maintain a clean and welcomed environment at the villa, a non-smoking, no pets policy is enforced.

Step into your home away from home! Our comfortable space is conveniently located near the airport (7 min. drive) and ferry (10 min. drive) ensuring a smooth transition to your Caribbean retreat. Hop in a car for a quick 7-minute ride to Basseterre's vibrant city center or take a leisurely 25-minute stroll. If in need of essentials, supermarkets, food courts, bakery, pharmacy, and bank are all within a breezy 5-minute walk.

Enjoy a one bedroom, one and a half bath house with full kitchen, living room, and wrap around Verandah with gorgeous views of the ocean and Nevis Peak. This house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the main road with available local transportation. House has all the amenities you need and maid service is available
